Reference Style
- All references, including in-text citations, should follow the APA style (7th edition).
- The preferred font style for the manuscript is 'Times New Roman'. The article's title should be in 14-point font, while the abstract, keywords, headings, and author's names and affiliations should be in 11-point font.
- The page should have a 1-inch margin on all sides with a 1.5-inch line spacing.
- Headings should be bold and written in title case (initial capital letters).
- JCTLLS rigorously adheres to HEC's plagiarism policy, and the journal will not accept any paper if it has been submitted/published elsewhere.
General Formatting
- Page Margins: Maintain a uniform margin of 1 inch on all sides.
- Font: Utilize Times New Roman, size 12.
- Spacing: Double-space the entire document.
- Alignment: Align text to the flush left (ragged right).
- Paragraph Indentation: Set the first line indentation at 0.5 inches.
Title Page
- Title: Center the title in the title case.
- Author's Name: Center the author's name beneath the title, indicating institutional affiliation.
- Institutional Affiliation: Center the institutional affiliation below the author's name.
- Running Head: Place the running head in the header (not on the title page), using uppercase letters with a maximum of 50 characters.
Headings
- Level 1 Heading: Centered, Bold, Title Case.
- Level 2 Heading: Flush Left, Bold, Title Case.
- Level 3 Heading: Indented, Bold, Sentence Case.
- Level 4 Heading: Indented, Bold, Italicized, Sentence Case.
- Level 5 Heading: Indented, Italicized, Sentence Case.
In-Text Citations
- Author-Date Format: Follow the format (author, year).
- Page Numbers: Include page numbers for direct quotes (e.g., Author, Year, p. 45).
- Group Author: If the author is a group, use the full name initially and abbreviate subsequently.
