Walnut is a dense source of proteins, fats, vitamins,minerals and polyphenols which makes the fruit indispensable for human nutrition. The walnut help in lowering of cholesterol, low in inflammation and maintain arterial function increasing the concentration of dietary fatty acids which is present in walnut in high amount
